I picked up the sauna to me, that is how easy it was to be done and has to do me an hour and a half. What I like most about this particular type of sauna (infrared) is that you do not get that musty smell you get from saunas steam lava rock. I put my towel on the bench and floor, and when I left the sauna, I sweat towels in the washing machine. It takes the heat for at least twenty minutes for him, I advise you to do some ‘work before they arrive, which speeds the process of sweating. Convenient, it works, and does not take much space or use a lot of current. Rating: 5.4

The assembly instructions could have been better to have this product, but it’s really easy to assemble and is very well designed. The pieces fit well together and overall the quality is good for the price. I had some small problems – the screws for towel rails and screws were too short for small bracket does not get worse, but I really need the towel bars and shelves used ist.Ich used every night until the weather was warm and are still occasionally in the summer, I am back in the fall with him every night. I work full time at the School of Law in the evening, and I think it’s a great stress relief before bedtime. I do not know if one of the alleged health benefits of far infrared saunas that I read on the internet are true, but it feels great and I sleep better if I use it. I find it a convenient size for a Person.Ich love the fact that it consumes very little power, has a small footprint, and can be easily removed and relocated. Rating: 5.5
